It started with a simple question: Why does every cold brew on the shelf have ingredients I can't pronounce?
Miles was tired of reading labels filled with preservatives, added sugars, and artificial flavors. He wanted cold brew that was actually just coffee. So back in 2024 he started making his own — in a Chicago kitchen, one batch at a time. That's where the brand began.
After countless batches, endless taste tests, and learning everything about brewing, canning, and shelf-stable coffee — Bare Brew was born.
Our Formula Is Simple
2 Ingredients. That's it.

No sugar. No preservatives. No artificial anything. Just clean, cold-brewed coffee with 320mg of natural caffeine and zero grams of sugar.
Most "healthy" coffees on the shelf still hide behind long ingredient lists. We don't. Flip the can — you'll see two ingredients. That's the whole point.

320mg Natural Caffeine — More caffeine than most canned energy drinks, with no added sugar. Slow-steeped to extract caffeine naturally.
Zero Sugar, 20 Calories — No added sweeteners. No stevia. No sucralose. Just coffee. The panel reads 20 calories, 0g sugar, and 5g total carbohydrate per 12 fl oz can.
Less Acidic Than Hot Brew — Cold brewing extracts fewer of the acids that hot brewing pulls from the same beans — research published in Scientific Reports found cold brew has a lower total titratable acidity than hot brew, though pH is comparable. If you have a digestive condition, talk to your doctor.
Clean Label — You should be able to read and understand every ingredient in your coffee. Two ingredients. That's our standard.
