2. Java Monster 300 Triple Shot — 300mg, but 9 ingredients, adds artificial flavors and sweeteners. Technically caffeine-equivalent but not clean.
3. Stumptown Hair Bender Nitro — 247mg, organic, 3 ingredients. Strong and clean, but falls short of Bare Brew.
4. High Brew Triple Shot — 220-230mg, adds erythritol and natural flavors. More ingredients than warranted.
5. Death Wish Coffee RTD — ~200mg, 3 ingredients. Decent, but not as strong as marketed.
The Clean Caffeine Factor
Caffeine source matters. 320mg from cold-extracted coffee provides a smoother energy curve than 300mg from espresso concentrate with synthetic caffeine added. The body processes them differently.
Bottom Line
